What is your service area?
Westshore Home Watch serves Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Bonita Springs, Bonita Beach and Naples
Are you trained and insured?
We have received training and accreditation through “Your Home Watch Professionals.” and are affiliates of the International Home Watch Alliance.
How often do you visit my home?
We believe it’s best to visit a vacant home at least once a week to make sure everything is ok. We use software that has GPS technology to electronically record that we’ve been there, and you will receive a property evaluation report with that information recorded within it, as well as digital images of your home.
What if you find a problem in my home?
If we find anything wrong during our visit, our first course of action is to call you to consult with you about it. If it’s a big problem, like a water heater leak or a broken air conditioning unit, and we are unable to get you on the phone, we will contact a professional in our network of trusted vendors to get the problem handled quickly. Due to the problem mold can cause in SWFL, these kinds of issues need to be handled quickly. If an outside vendor is needed, Westshore Home Watch will be there to show them the issue, and to make sure the work is done properly before securing the property upon their departure.
